We’ve just completed a year-long construction project at Summit Exuma, resulting in one of the most spectacular outdoor spaces on the island. If you’re looking for a “wow” factor — this is it.
At the center is a resort-style pool unlike anything else in a private rental on Exuma — oversized, expertly built, and designed to the same standards you'd expect from a high-end resort. Surrounding the pool is a spacious hot tub, a massive 6,000 sq. ft. deck, and a custom-designed cabana that offers both comfort and architectural appeal.

Take the boat shuttle from Peace and Plenty Hotel, in Georgetown (1 mile south)

A quick taxi ride brings you into George Town for grocery shopping, the straw market, Minns Water Sports, for boat rentals, additional restaurants, and boat shuttles.
Stocking Island and Elizabeth Harbour, the heart of Exuma’s boating, sandbars, snorkeling, and beach bars, are right where you want to be. Summit guests can walk to a nearby private dock and board a pre-arranged shuttle boat directly to Stocking Island.
